I first met and fished with Greg in 2005. After quite a few trips, many fly orders, and lots of phone conversations with him I would recommend Greg Senyo of SAO, and his guides to anyone.

Beginner to advanced, they will give you seasons worth of knowledge and experience in a single day. Last year I called Greg and told him I wanted to become more proficient at catching winter steelhead when conditions were tough. We all catch them when conditions are perfect!

I told him to pick a day and call me. I said tough right? I would have called it un fishable. Air temps in the mid 20's, gusting wind, water temps right at 30-31 degrees. We were the only two people on the river. Frozen waders, nets, fly line, even our flies were freezing. I got every thing I asked for and more!

. I learned not only how to catch fish in those conditions (5 nice fish that day, when every one else called it un fishable), more importantly the tips and tricks for rigging and fishing I learned that day have allowed me to extend my steelhead fishing time by a solid month in cold weather.
